DescriptionMen are at work on a large concrete dam that is under construction. The dam is being built in sections and some sections are enclosed in wooden forms. Two men hold hoses and appear to be spraying water on the concrete. Water pours from a large pipe at the right. A ladder leads to the top of the dam. Trees are in the background and large rocks are in the foreground.
