Baking Company was organized in 1902. Michael Schrepfer was the president; Charles Forst was the vice president, and Hermann Eschholz was the treasurer. The business, which specialized in breads, cakes, pies, and cream goods, was located at 71 to 93 Albany Avenue, Hartford. Their advertisement stated that they were "Connecticut's most Modern and Progressive Bakery" and that they had "unlimited capacity and ample facilities for any order." The advertisement was accompanied by a reproduction of a drawing of the building which appears in this photographs. (Finlay 11/17/2009)On View
