DescriptionBust-length portrait of a woman wearing a dark dress and earrings.

The deep wine red velvet pad is embossed with scrollwork and stylized leaves. The brass mat has fleur-de-lis at the corners.

The case itself is undecorated except for the silver clasp and small silver plates at the corners in the shape of moths or butterflies.
