DescriptionCircular black bakelite plastic junction box cover. The cover is enclosed in a plastic bag with a gasket, a white instructions sheet, and for screws. Four holes are drilled at even intervals in the cover and the gasket, so that both can be screwed to a junction box such as 2003.334.1a-c.

The paper box has slotted openings at two ends to slide the junction box cover in and out. The box is orangy-yellow, printed with a pattern of red circles. Inside every circle is printed, "ARROW / AH / HART". A yellow paper label affixed to the top of the box is printed in black ink. It reads, "ARROW-HART / ONE 6082 / BLACK BAKELITE COVER / FOR 6081 JUNCTION BOX / ARROW-HART & HEGEMAN ELECTRIC CO. HARTFORD, CO., U.S.A."
