DescriptionConstitution Plaza is viewed from a position above Lower State Street. The "Boat Building" of the Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company is in the center. Travelers Insurance Company is at the left. The Old state House is at the right. A parking lot full of automobiles is in the left foreground. Highway signs and electric light poles are in the middle and right foreground. An American flag flies from the Plaza. Both views are similar, but 2006.93.22 includes part of an old brick building at the left.
