DescriptionWomen sit and stand in an interior. Many are seated in wicker armchairs. Nearly all are knitting sweaters or scarves; some women at the left appear to be sewing. American flags hang from the ceiling. British and French flags hang in the background. Framed pictures are on the wall at the left. Patterned drapes are at the windows at the left. Electric lights are visible through transom windows at the right.
