DescriptionInfant booties made of pale pink satin with a silk warp and cotton weft. The booties have a button opening, with the button fly lapped to the outside of the foot. The buttons are white ceramic with metal shanks. The seams and edges of the booties are covered with cream silk tape. The toes are embroidered with cream silk in a rose design. The center front seam is covered with featherstitching. The sole, which is a darker pink satin, is shaped with square toes; it is flat and straight. The booties are lined with a cream cotton flannel, with a long, brushed nap.
