American, born about 1825
Biography: According to Groce & Wallace, L. Fagan (possibly Lawrence Fagan) was born in Ireland about 1825 and immigrated to the United States about 1850. He was responsible for town and county maps of Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania (and possibly other states) during the 1850s and 1860s.
