Description: A memorial in the form of a triumphal arch is located at the entrance to a park. An inscription reads: "PERRY MEMORIAL ARCH / ERECTED MCMXVIII." Flowers grow at the base of the arch. Grassy lawns, paved walks, and trees are in the background. Streets are in the foreground.
Subject Note: The Perry Memorial Arch at the entrance to Seaside Park in Bridgeport was erected in 1918 in memory of William Hunt Perry (1820-1899), one of Bridgeport's leading industrialists and financiers. (Finlay 9/20/2011)
