Description: Red, white, and blue campaign pin-back buttons. Each button has the same deisgn, one button is larger than the other. Border of button is blue while center is white, the letters "G O /P" are printed in red over a curved line to form a smiley face. Bottom edge is white, with blue text, "BARKER ADV. CO., MERIDEN, CONN. 06450".
Object Note: Button was made by the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) in preparation for the 1968 elections to mobilize support for then presidential hopeful, Richard Nixon. http://buttonmuseum.org/buttons/gop-smiley-face
