Description: Drawing of the site of 100 Pearl Street in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. In the foreground is the excavated pit, which contains construction machines. In the background directly behind the pit is the Connecticut National Bank. In between the bank and the pit is an American flag on a flag pole. In the background on the right is One Financial Plaza, and behind it is the Hartford-Connecticut Trust Company Building. Directly to the right of the pit is a parking garage. Other, unidentified buildings are on the left.
