Description: Drawing of the signs on 42nd Street in New York City. From left to right, they advertise the National Hotel; Miller; True cigarettes; a sugar-free, calorie-free drink; Nedicks; two bookstores; and the Amsterdam theater. There are many pedestrians on the sidewalks and two automobiles and a bus on the street. The McGraw-Hill building is visible on the right.
