Medium Note: There is evidence of retouching on the subject's face. Subject Note: The index card on the verso of the contact print of negative 2011.344.12 identifies the subject. The 1900 Federal Census lists Charlotte Van Schoonhoven (b. 1864) living with her husband Charles in Lansingburgh, NY.
