Description: Reproduction of a portrait painting of a woman, seated, wearing a floor-length dress with a lace collar. The back, arms and two legs of the chair she is sitting in are visible, as is the rug on the floor. The background of the painting appears to be a backdrop. The painting is framed, and the frame is completely visible, as well as part of the wall behind it.
Medium Note: There are retouching marks in graphite on the emulsion side, on and around the subject's face, and in a red waxy substance on the glass side, on the subject's face, hair and dress.
