Description: A drawing of men unloading crates from a wagon pulled by oxen. Three men stand by a wagon loaded with wooden crates. One of the men is wearing a hat, and appears to be walking into a building. Another man talks to the third man who is lifting a crate out of the wagon. An ox is partially visible in the right foreground of the drawing, and has metal horn tips capping his horns.
Use Note: Original drawing number 45 of a series of 53 done for G. Fox & Co.'s 100th Anniversary. The drawings appeared in The Hartford Courant as full size advertisements on Sundays from December 29, 1946 to December 29, 1947. The drawing was later published in a book: G. Fox & Co. A Century in Connecticut. Hartford, 1948, p.45.
