Description: Group of photographs show Beatrice Fox Auerbach during many of her public appearances including the Governor's Foot Guard Dog Show, Service Bureau for Women's Organizations events, Tobe Award dinners, and the opening of a new G. Fox & Co. Parking Center. 2007.45.23 show four women, from left to right, unidentified woman, Mildred Pomerantz Allen, Beatrice Fox Auerbach, and Chase Going Woodhouse, standing in front of a table that holds a large cake with several lit candles. Beatrice Fox Auerbach is holding a knife and beginning to cut into the cake. 2007.45.25 shows two men and a woman, from left to right, Adam Gimbel, Beatrice Fox Auerbach, and Governor James L. McConaughy, standing as Governor McConaughy holds the 1947 Tobe Award. 2007.45.26 shows a woman, Beatrice Fox Auerbach, presenting the 1948 Tobe Award to Dean Donald K. David. The award reads, "Dean Donald K David / ON BEHALF OF / THE HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL / FOR / DISTINGUISHED / CONTRIBUTION / TO AMERICAN / RETAILING / TOBE AWARD / 1948." 2007.45.27 shows a man, Judge Solomon Elsner, standing at a podium with two microphones in front of him. Seated behind him are three men and one woman. The woman is Beatrice Fox Auerbach and one of the men is Mayor Joseph Cronin. 2007.45.28 shows a group of men and one woman standing behind a ribbon that reads, "G. FOX PUBLIC PARKING CENTER" as the woman, Beatrice Fox Auerbach, is about to cut the ribbon to open the new parking area. The man in a suit wearing eyeglasses, but not a hat is Judge Solomon Elsner. In the background, several other men and at least one woman stand watching.
