The address of this particular house is unknown, but the style and date suggest that it was built either in the West End of Hartford or in the immediate area. Description: Plans for a three story shingle sided colonial revival house feature a gambrel roof with overhanging eaves and cross gambrel on the east elevation. Notable features of the house include, a lattice-work stone terrace on the east elevation, and custom detailed louvered shutters for the windows. Other windows featured on the house include grouped casement windows on the south, east, and north elevations, as well as, large tri-part windows on the west and east elevations. Eight drawings are included in the set: west, south, east and north elevations, as well as, cellar, first floor, second floor, and third floor and roof plans.
