The home has partial-width shed dormers on the second and attic stories of the facade, each with double-hung, multi-pane sash windows. Most of the remaining windows are double-hung with multipane sash, several are paired. There are arched, multi-pane windows on the north (front), south (rear), and west (side) elevations; multi-pane casement windows on the south (rear) elevation; a multi-pane picture window on the first story of the west (side) elevation, and a Palladian window in the gable ends of the north (front) and south (rear) elevations. The entry is framed by a brick segmental arch. Basement plans include laundry and drying rooms with plaster walls and ceilings, a bathroom, storage cellar, coal bins, and enexcavated areas, as well as section drawings for the walls and girders. The first floor plan indicates a living room, hall, dining room, two pantries, and kitchen, all with pine or white oak flooring.
