Frank Bond

Frank Bond was born in Iowa in 1856. He began his career as a government surveyor in Wyoming in 1882. From 1907 to 1926, he was the chief clerk of the General Land Office in the United States Department of the Interior. In 1926, he was transferred to the Department of Agriculture.
