E. C. Smith

E. C. Smith is listed as a surveyor on a Map of the City of Hartford published by the Philadelphia publisher Eneas Smith in 1859. It is possible but not certain that E. C. Smith and Eneas Smith were related or were even the same person. E.C. Smith also appears as the surveyor and publisher of a map of Danbury, together with E. van Zandt. It seems likely that both E.C. Smiths are the same person but it is not absolutely certain.
