John Vallance

John Vallance was born in Scotland about 1770. By 1791, he was in Philadelphia, where he was active as an engraver. He was associated with Thackara & Vallance from 1791-1797 and with Tanner, Vallance, Kearney & Co. from 1817 to 1819. He died on June 14, 1823.
