Thomas & Hoadley was the partnership of Seth Thomas and Silas Hoadley in Plymouth, Connecticut. Thomas and Hoadley were two joiners who worked for Eli Terry after 1807 as he worked on the Porter contract. Terry sold his factory to Thomas and Hoadley for six thousand dollars on 7 July 1810. The firm continued in business for three years and on 4 December 1813, Thomas sold Hoadley his part of the company.
