Jerusha Gaylord Churchill

Jerusha Gaylord Churchill was born in Wethersfield, Connecticut, on 7 April 1786. She was the oldest child of Hannah Belding Churchill (1769-1850) and Levi Churchill (1759-1836). She had eight siblings: Samuel (1788-1791); Simeon (b. 1788); Mabel (1790-1879); Rebecca (1792-1865); Elizabeth (b. 1795); Levi Belden (b. 1797); Sally (b. 1799); and Hannah Belding (1805-1886), who married John Hanmer (1801-1881). Jerusha Churchill died unmarried on 1 July 1849.
