Lucy Ruggles Howe

Lucy Ruggles Howe was born 28 May 1813 in Hardwick, Massachusetts, daughter of Lewis and Sarah Robinson Howe. Lewis Howe died 23 May 23; his widow married Honorable John M. Niles of Hartford, Connecticut. Lucy Ruggles Howe never married. She died 4 March 1835 in Hartford, Connecticut. The inscription in Hartford's North Cemetery gives her name as "Lucy Ruggles Howe Niles."
