Sabin Industries, Inc.

In 1946, Sabin Industries Inc. was founded by Samuel Sabin to decorate china and glass. In 1965 or 66, Sabin Industries, Inc. was purchased by David T. Chase and Chase Enterprises, soon after they purchased Mt. Clemens Pottery. In 1967, this group also purchased McCoy Pottery. The Sabina Line of the 1970s consisted of beautifully decorated ironstone serving pieces which were distributed by Sabin Industries. On 26 July 1979, the Sabin Industries building burned to the ground.
