Charles Herbert Caswell

Charles Herbert Caswell was born in 1878 in Hartford, Connecticut, and graduated from Hartford Public High School. He became a music director in Willimantic, Connecticut, and then later, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Charles Caswell's professional career ended when during the Great Depression, when music programs in public schools had to be cut.
