Oliver Williams Mills

Oliver Williams Mills was born in Windsor, Connecticut, on 16 July 1796. He was the son of Huldah Drake Mills and Elijah Mills. He was a farmer and brickmaker. On 23 February 1825, he married Ann Teresa Phelps (1804-1896), the daughter of Anna Theresa Fitch Phelps and George Phelps, in Windsor. Oliver Williams Mills died in Windsor on 3 July 1866. He is buried in Palisado Cemetery.
