Arthur R. Newell

Arthur R. Newell was active as a photographer in Rockville and Vernon from the late 19th century through the early 20th century. In 1890, he published a Souvenir of Rockville with collograph illustrations based on his photographs. The Connecticut Historical Society has a small collection of his original negatives.
