Nancy Diantha Terry

Nancy Diantha Terry was born 9 May 1823. She was the oldest daughter of Asaph Terry (1756-1839) and his second wife, Nancy Atwell Terry (1793-1875). She had two sisters, Mary (b. 1825) and Lucy Ann (b. 1828), and one brother, Asaph (b. 1830). Nancy and Mary owned a millinery store in Providence, Rhode Island, for some years around 1850. Later, both sisters lived in Enfield, Connecticut, with their brother Asaph. Nancy Diantha Terry never married. She died in Enfield, Connecticut, on 21 March 1882 and is buried there.
