Packard & Brown

In 1834, Caleb M. Packard formed a partnership with F. A. Brown and bought out the Hartford publisher, Sumner & Co. The partnership lasted until Packard retired in 1837 and E. W. Parsons joined the firm, which then became Brown & Parsons.
