Betsy Way

Elizabeth (Betsy) Way Champlain was born in 1771 in New London, Connecticut. She was and active miniature painter and was the sister of miniaturist Mary Way, and the mother of miniaturist Elizabeth Champlain. She died in 1825 in New London, Connecticut.
