Moses Park

American, 1733 - 1807
BiographyMoses Park was born in Preston, Connecticut on 28 April 1733. On 9 November 1752, he married Sarah Brewster in Preston. He was the draughtsman of The Plan of the Colony of Connecticut in North-America (1766). He appears to have served in both the French and Indian War and in the American Revolution, where he was part of the Groton Hill Fort guard. Moses Park (presumably the same person) appears in the 1800 Federal Census, living in Preston. Captain Moses Park died in Preston on 19 September 1807.
