Ebenezer Waldo

BiographyEbenezer Waldo was born in Canterbury, Connecticut on 6 April 1771 and was the son of Zachariah and Elizabeth Waldo. He married Cynthia Parish of Canterbury in 1798 and they had four children, one of which was son Loren Pinckney Waldo Sr (1802-1881). Waldo was chosen highway surveyor in 1789;lister 1802,1805,1807,1811;grand juryman in 1806; fence viewer 1810,1812,1813,1814,1816,1817;selectman 1815 and 1824. He died in Tolland, Connecticut 27 August 1840 at the age of 69 and was buried in the East Burying ground in Tolland, Connecticut.
