Abijah Flagg

Abijah Flagg was born on 18 July 1790 in Berlin, Connecticut the son of Solomon and Olive (Hart) Flagg. He was married 14 February 1813 to Honour Beckley. Flagg was a cabinetmaker, with his business located on Main Street in Berlin, Connecticut. In 1840, he moved to New Britain, Connecticut and lived in a house built by Enos M. Smith on High Street. He was a magistrate in both Berlin and New Britain, Connecticut. Flagg died in New Britain, Connecticut on 28 October 1842 at the age of 52.
