Douglas J. Moser

Douglas J. Moser was born June 30, 1944. He attended the University of Illinois, where he received his bachelor's degree and master's degree in architecture. Following graduation, he went to work for the Hartford architectural firm, Frid, Ferguson, Mahaffey & Perry. During the 1970s and 1980s he was living in Tolland, Connecticut.
