Thomas H. Parker

Thomas Hazard Parker was born in Sag Harbor, Long Island in 1801. He studied under Matthew Rogers of New York and then settled in Hartford, Connecticut in about 1829. He was mentor and business partner of Connecticut miniaturist Charles William Eldridge (1811-1883).
