BiographyRichard Adams was a private in Captain Abel Pettibone's Company, Second Cont. R., 4 May - 10 December 1775. He was a resident in 1775, lived in the Hollow, probably built the old house, now going to decay, near the Universalist church. Died 1809; buried at the Center.
