J. Paul Loether

BiographyJ. Paul Loether was born on January 11, 1953. Loether studied American social history and European history as an undergraduate at Wesleyan. He subsequently pursued a master's degree in architecture at the same institutions. During the 1980s, while working on his graduate degree, he was employed by the Greater Middletown Preservation Trust. During the 1990s, he was the Director of the historic preservation and museum division of the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism.
