Nathaniel Spencer

American, active 1802
BiographyNathaniel Spencer was the surveyor and draftsman of a manuscript map showing "the road now laid" between the Farmington Turnpike (later Farmington Avenue) and the Talcott Mountain Turnpike (later Albany Avenue, Route 44). Further research is needed to determine his birth and death dates. At least three Nathaniel Spencers were active in the area at the turn of the eighteenth century.
