James F. Chipps Jr.

James F. Chipps, Jr. was born in 1927 in Springfield, Massachusetts. He attended Manchester High School in Manchester, Connecticut and served with the Navy Air Force during World War II. Following the war, he was employed at the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation as a photographer and supervisor of engineering records, retiring in 1987. He died in 1996 in Enfield, Connecticut.
