BiographyThomas Howard was born on 5 September 1742 in Ipswich, Massachusetts. He married Pricilla Grow (1746-1818?) of Pomfret, Connecticut on 25 November 1765. They had fourteen children total; nine born in Pomfret, and five born in Tolland. One son was Joseph Howard (1780-1865). Thomas was a tanner and currier in Tolland, Connecticut as of 1779. Thomas died on 18 October 1805.
