BiographyDavid Goodell, Jr. was born on 29 March 1753, along with his twin brother Asaph, sons of David Goodell (d.1784/6) and Anna (Gally) Goodell (d. 1775). He married Levina Sabin on 7 June 1779. They had at least one son, Hartley Goodell (b. 1779).
