Edward Francis

Edward Francis (1800-1826) was a decorator in the tinware shop of Oliver Filley in Bloomfield, Connecticut. He also worked in other Filley family tinware shops in Lansingburgh, NY and Philadelphia, PA. Francis is believed to have been born in West Hartford, Connecticut.
