BiographyPeter Lucas was born on February 2, 1921, in Waterbury, Connecticut, son of Eugene Willet van Court and Diana Elmendorf Richards Lucas, brother of Diana Lucas. He was the photographer for the Waterbury Republican. He died on April 23, 1959, at the age of 38.
