Daniel F. Wentworth

Daniel F. Wentworth was born in 1850 in Norway, Maine. He was a largely self-taught artist, although he studied for a time in Munich. He was a member of the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts and held annual exhibitions at the Wadsworth Atheneum. He specialized in paintings cows in landscapes. He died in 1934 in New Milford, Connecticut.
