Horace Johnson Morse

Horace Johnson Morse was born on 30 Dec 1838 in Ohio. In 1860 he was living with Mr. & Mrs. Albert Day in Hartford, Connecticut. He was an Adjutant General of Connecticut during the Civil War from 1863-1865, and was on Governor Buckingham's staff. Horace Johnson Morse married Frances E. Trask (1839-1917) and was the grandfather of Bassett K. Morse. He later worked as a banker in Brooklyn, New York, and died on 17 March 1932.
