Edith Cowles Poor

Edith Farnsworth Cowles was born 1920, the daughter of Knight Cheney Cowles (1892-1970) and Alice Winslow Farnsworth. Her grandparents were Alfred Cowles and Elizabeth Cheney. She married first in 1942, Joseph N. Green, Jr. They had three daughters: Alice Winslow Greene (b. 1949); Nancy Woodward Green (b. 1945); and Edith Elizabeth Greene (b. 1949). She married second in 1965, Charles Lane Poor.
