BiographyEli Moore was born 14 October 1753 in East Windsor, Connecticut. He was the son of Elizabeth Elmer Moore (1718-1798) and Samuel Goffe Moore (1715-1774). He married Anna Wells (1761-1838) on 7 November 1793 in East Windsor. They had at least one son, John Moore (1800-1883). Eli Moore died in East Windsor on 29 December 1800.
