BiographyFrancis Wayland Talcott was born 8 July 1842. He was the son of Elizabeth Wells Whiting Talcott (1819-1913) and Henry Talcott (1815-1888). He married Emma Hall, and they had at least two children: Mabel H. Talcott (1884-1955) of Norwich, Connecticut, and Herbert W. Talcott (1879-1958). Francis Wayland Talcott died 23 March 1893; he is buried in West Hartford, Connecticut.
