BiographyMary Fitch was born 5 March 1811 in Shodack, New York. She was the daughter of Sarah Hanford Fitch (b. 1770) and William Fitch. She married twice. She married her first husband, Orren (or Orrin or Orien) Bryant (1798-1868), after 1833; she was his second wife. Her second husband was Judge Eleazer Abbott. Mary Fitch Bryant Abbott had one son with her first husband, Charles Webster Bryant (1849-1886). Mary F. B. Abbott died 12 November 1899; she is buried in Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville, Ohio.
